A pleasant place to stay with family or friends, with an unobstructed view to the rear of the house.

- A large living room with sitting area and wood-burning stove, dining room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge with small freezer compartment, gas hob (4 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer). The living room is ideal for evenings by the fire.

The sleeping area comprises :
- Bedroom n°1 (1 bed 140x190), Bedroom n°2 (1 bed 140x190) and en-suite shower room n°1 (Italian shower, washbasin, WC),
- A second part, also in a row, with Bedroom n°3 (1 bed 140x190), Bedroom n°4 (2 beds 90x190) and adjoining Bathroom n°2 (shower, washbasin, WC).

Outside :
- At the front, you can park your vehicle (Route départementale D61 near the Holiday cottage).
- At the rear, you can enjoy the large plot (4500m² - not enclosed) with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and 2 deckchairs.
