Set in a charming old farmhouse between the Beauce and Loire valleys, just twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, this Holiday cottage, attached to another house, is independent and close to all village shops and services. Cosy and comfortable, on the edge of fields, with a small garden and courtyard, it has recently been renovated.

First floor: dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen and lounge area, separate shower room (Italian shower, washbasin, washing machine, tumble dryer) and separate WC.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: Bedroom n°1 with 1 bed 140x190, Bedroom n°2 with 2 beds 90x200 + sofa bed, Bedroom n°3 with 1 bed 90x190. Separate bathroom (bath, washbasin), separate WC.
All-inclusive rates: beds made up - towels and household linen available - end-of-stay cleaning included - water - electricity - heat pump heating (thermostat set at 19 degrees) - internet/wifi.
Pets allowed at an extra charge of €30 per stay.
You'll be charmed by the character of the place, and the gentleness of life in the Countryside!
Baby equipment available: baby chair or booster seat, folding bed, potty, safety gate, mixer.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).

3/5Séjour qui s'est bien passé avec un gîte qui correspond aux photos descriptives.
Ce gîte est situé à une quinzaine de minutes d'enseignes alimentaires et de Meung sur Loire, donc il est bien placé.
Le plus est qu'il y a une boulangerie également au bout de la rue de ce gîte.Le point négatif, c'est que la climatisation ne semblait plus marcher, encore que, nous l'aurions utilisé ponctuellement.
Mais, c'est surtout à l'étage concernant les 3 chambres ou ce n'est pas insonorisé: ce qui fait que l'on entend les conservations des autres ou la musique .Mais, cela reste une très belle région ou il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter.
Donc, c'est avec grand plaisir que nous pourrions revenir dans le Loiret et peut être revenir à Epieds en Beauce.- Cleanliness 4/5

Je suis navrée que notre gîte n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes et j'aurais aimé être informée de ces désagréments pendant ou à la fin de votre séjour.
Malgré cet avis négatif, je vous invite à revenir chez moi dans un autre hébergement pour découvrir d'autres sites emblématiques de notre région. -

Nettes Häuschen mit 3 Schlafzimmern und allem was man braucht
5/5Die Vermieterin ist total nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Obwohl wir leider alle kein französisch sprechen, konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Geschirrspüler, gute Betten....was will man mehr. Nach Orléans, Innenstadt, sind es 30 min mit dem pkw. Das Häuschen liegt am Ortsrand, man kann gut parken.

L'accueil des propriétaires très sympathique avec une petite attention bien appréciée (la brioche)

Merci d'avoir fait étape chez nous pour quelques jours de découverte du Loiret (Orléans, Meung, Beaugency, Cléry) avant de rentrer en Alsace.
