Located in the Gâtinais region, in the village of Saint-Hilaire-les-Andrésis, this 2-bedroom, 6-person self-catering Holiday cottage welcomes you for your stay.

The Holiday cottage has a 2-step entrance and is entirely on the first floor. It comprises: a living/dining room, a separate fitted kitchen, two interconnecting bedrooms (Bedroom #1 with 2 double beds 140x190, Bedroom #2 with 1 double bed 140x190), and a bathroom (shower, washbasin and separate toilet).

Outside: A courtyard at the front with a carport for parking your car, as well as garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. To the rear, a small garden with a swing set for Kids.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay, end-of-stay cleaning
(excluding washing-up and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
