Welcome to this charming 140 m² vintage-style character farmhouse, ideally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Tavers and its blue waters, between Orléans and Blois to explore the Loire Valley region and its castles!

On the first floor, you'll find a laundry room with tourist facilities, a separate toilet with hand-washer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a step separating the rooms, a large dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm) opening onto the bathroom and toilet facilities.
Upstairs is a large relaxation area with books, games, musical instruments and TV, and two suites, each with two beds 90x190 cm and an en-suite shower room with toilet.
Heating included and bed linen provided.
An enclosed courtyard with flowers and a garden provide calm, relaxation and the pleasure of a barbecue meal.

Enclosed garage or car access in the courtyard. Pets welcome.

[Swimming in the Loire is dangerous and therefore FORBIDDEN. There are municipal swimming pools in Beaugency and Sea, and a large lake with lifeguard surveillance on Ile Charlemagne in Orléans. ]

With family or friends, a superb vacation is guaranteed!

A deposit of 400€ is required + a deposit of 300€ for pets.

Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed and mattress, changing mat, bathtub, high chair, safety gate (stairs), mixer or robot, toilet seat reducers.
Ironing equipment (iron - board) available.
