Single-storey studio with :
- living/dining/kitchen/bedroom area: 1 dining table and 2 chairs, 2 armchairs, wall-mounted TV, 2 beds 90x190 (comforter, 1 pillow per person), 1 wardrobe. Kitchenette (small fridge with freezer, 2 hotplates, hood, sink, microwave, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
- separate bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet).

Exterior:
Unenclosed shared grounds with the second Holiday cottage, but each with its own outdoor space, garden furniture and barbecue.
Shared hangar with table tennis and table soccer. Shared laundry room.
Behind both Holiday cottages is a paddock with animals on site: a donkey named Léon and sheep.
Fishing in a private pond 800 m away (carp, roach).
