Les Chardonnerets

The Bed and breakfast "Les Chardonnerets" is located on the first floor of the owner's house, with completely independent access. It comprises : - a 20 m² bedroom, equipped with a 160x200 cm double bed, a closet, a desk, Wifi and TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime access) ; - an attractive en-suite shower room (shower, vanity unit) with WC. Upstairs, via a narrow spiral staircase, an open-plan mezzanine: - a single Bed 90x190 cm ; - a 120x190 cm BZ. Every morning, we serve a gourmet breakfast featuring homemade, local produce. It can be served in the owners' dining room or, in fine weather, on their terrace overlooking the garden. You'll have access to the communal enclosed garden to relax on a deckchair, read, share a board game or take advantage of the outdoor facilities in fine weather: ping-pong table, pétanque, Mölkky, badminton, balls... To keep the little ones happy, a small inflatable structure (3x3 m), suitable for Kids aged 0 to 6, can be set up in the garden on request (supplement €5 per stay). In fine weather, an outdoor plancha is also available to extend the conviviality. Two bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area. A moment of sharing also awaits you with the three biquettes of the house, named Chipie, Caramel and Nougat. A private parking space is available on the property. You'll appreciate the charm and elegance of this XIXᵉ century home, entirely renovated with care by Sonia and Jean-Philippe.

Ideally located 800 m from exit 18 Montargis Centre (A77), 800 m from the Canal d'Orléans and the Forest de Montargis, nicknamed the "Venice of the Gâtinais", the house is the ideal starting point for beautiful walks. Two bicycles are also available. The house has been awarded the VELO ACCEUIL brand and is located 800 m from the Canal d'Orléans cycle route and 5.7 km from the Euro velo 3 Scandiberique via the Canal veloroute. At the gateway to the Countryside, on the outskirts of Montargis, the commune of Pannes lies on the Scandiberique route. You can also discover the Loiret by water along the Canal d'Orléans, which joins the Canal de Briare at Châlette-sur-Loing. Nearby, don't miss the village of Châlette-sur-Loing, the Girodet Museum, the Maison des Métiers d'Art de Ferrières and the Maison de la Suède.
