FLOOR: landing with library, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed 140, one with 2 single beds 90), independent shower room, separate wc. Holiday cottage equipped with fiber.
[ Optional 4th bedroom (2 beds 90) available at €60 per week.
OUTSIDE: Enclosed courtyard for parking, with garden furniture under the pergola, barbecue for sunny days and ping-pong table under the shelter. Outbuilding with washing machine and drying rack. On the side, large garden with clothesline.
Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning for professionals 60€.

UTILITIES INCLUDED: electricity and heating included, bed linen included and beds made on arrival.

Surcharge for 4-bedroom rental, 16 m² room: €60 per week.
