You'll be just 4 kilometers from the center of Orléans, easily accessible by bike (15 minutes) or bus (stop 100 meters away, direct to Orléans Centre and Gare SNCF). Cycling enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity of the Loire à vélo trails, and nature lovers can enjoy superb walks along the banks of the Loiret, just a 2-minute walk away, or the Promenade des Moulins. This house enjoys a privileged location, with the opportunity to explore the treasures of the region, such as the Château de Chambord and other Loire castles, all accessible in less than 45 minutes. On the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, large living room opening onto the garden, Scandinavian lounge (with sofa bed, wood-burning stove and giant screen) and separate toilet.

- a bedroom with a single 90x190 cm bed, plus a large desk ideal for telecommuting (adjustable height, sit/stand positions) and ergonomic office chair

Enclosed, secure garden for parking cars (two vehicles) and bicycles, lounge, table and barbecue for sunny meals!

All-inclusive rates: bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels provided, heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included.
