Marcel and Dominique welcome you to Sologne, in Ligny le Ribault (45240) in the Communs de Bon Hôtel. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this character property, with its garden planted with oak trees. The gîte is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire and Lamotte-Beuvron. Walking, cycling, visiting chateaux or discovering the various golf courses you'll be at the center of many possibilities. The studio was restored in 2023, and has an insulated wall adjoining the entrance hallway and shower room of Gîte la Longère.

This 24 m² ground-floor studio sleeps 2. The establishment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. An open-plan living area of 20 m² with a bookcase at the entrance, a dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge area and a bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
