100 km from Paris and 35 km from Orléans, in the heart of the Forêt d'Orléans in the village of Ingrannes, we offer you a quiet, fully-equipped studio. There are many places to visit in the vicinity: the Belvédère des Caillettes, Chamerolles castle, André Eve's rose garden and the Musée des Métiers et des Légendes de la Forêt d'Orléans... We've converted our garage into a studio on the grounds of our main home. This new, fully-equipped furnished apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people in a single room.

The studio opens directly into the living area with an open kitchen.
- The living area features a table, 4 chairs, and a sofa bed (140x190 cm). The studio has a smart TV with French and international channels and direct access to on-demand content from major networks, Netflix, Chromecast, and more.
- The open kitchen is equipped with a full set of kitchenware, including an oven, stovetop, range hood, refrigerator, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, blender, and waffle maker.
- The sleeping area, separated by a bookshelf, features a 140x190 cm bed and a walk-in closet opening onto an open-concept bathroom (shower and sink). Separate toilet.

[P] Parking is available on the street, free of charge, in front of our house, on a quiet street used only by residents. A location is reserved for you.

Studio located on the grounds of the owners’ main residence. Guests have access to a private, intimate outdoor space separate from the owners’ home, featuring a furnished patio with a table and chairs to enjoy sunny days. The property also features a swimming pool, reserved for the owners’ exclusive use and not accessible to guests.

Baby equipment available: cot and high chair.
Miscellaneous equipment: ironing board and iron, hairdryer, tourist information, board games...
Garden facilities (swimming pool, swing, garden furniture) are reserved for our private use.
As the studio is located on our main property, we ask that the gate be kept closed at all times.
