Marie welcomes you to this detached house in the Countryside, part of a farm built in 185 in Ouvrouer-les-Champs, Loiret. There are 3 bedrooms for 6 people, with 4 beds (a folding bed can be added to make 5 separate beds). West-facing garden with terrace, ideal for evening aperitifs and sunsets. Secure shed for bicycles, which can be delivered on site, pétanque court, horse riding 1km away. This accommodation is 6km from the "Loire à vélo" route. Organic produce sales 3km away, bakery, butcher's shop, beauty salon, hairdresser 3km away. Here, hens, chicks in season, bees, a large vegetable garden and no chemical treatments. The Kids loved discovering all this during their stays. We look forward to showing you around!

On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer... It opens onto the living/dining room. Separate WC, bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (140x190).

Upstairs, a landing leads to bedroom n°2 with 2 single beds (90x190) and bedroom n°3 with a double bed (140x190), and an independent shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet).

Baby facilities with Umbrella bed and sheets, children's crockery, changing pad, 2 high chairs, etc. Safe staircase for little ones

Outside: grounds with raised wooden terrace and garden furniture. Barbecue area. Pétanque and molky courts available for sharing good times.

Rates include : Bed linen provided (beds made on arrival), bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Mandatory supplement of €3 per day per pet.

Electric heating is extra if consumption exceeds 19€ per week.
For the pellet stove, 1 bag of pellets will be provided per week. For additional bags, a supplement must be paid on site.

Private parking on the property.

The land can be completely enclosed after the parking lot has been screened off.
As part of the farm, no pesticides, I can welcome you with products from the garden.
Animals are accepted, but if they cause damage, part or all of the deposit may be retained.
