Le Moulin Inattendu

Just 100 km from Paris, the Moulin Inattendu is a haven of peace, hidden away between forests and rivers, where calm, nature and serenity reign. Calm and gentleness pervade the islet. With its 350 m² of riverside space, Le Moulin is ideal for family gatherings, friends' get-togethers or team meetings. It sleeps 17 in 9 comfortable rooms and offers a host of on-site activities (pétanque, mölkky, rowing, yoga, board games, brazier...). This historic site was the setting for Frédéric Lopez's TV show "La Parenthèse inattendue". Located in the heart of the Gâtinais region, just north of Montargis and a few kilometers from Ferrières-en-Gâtinais, come and relax to the rhythm of the water, out of time, to the sound of the swallows. Nearby, don't miss: the Maison des Métiers d'Art de Ferrières, the House of Sweden, the Château de Mez-le-Maréchal, the City of Montargis, the Girodet Museum, Lake des Closiers... LE MOULIN (8 rooms / 12 beds / 15 people maximum). [Please do not exceed the maximum capacity of 15 people in "Le Moulin" as the Holiday cottage does not comply with ERP standards].

First floor:
- The first floor space is totally open-plan, comprising a kitchen with a central island, the dining room and the living room (, the whole representing around 80 m². The dining room opens onto a small reading room overlooking the river, both through the bay window and the glass slab on the floor, which lets you see the water pass right under your feet.

On the 1st floor :

- bedroom n°1 with double bed 160x200 cm and open shower room
- bedroom n°2 with double bed 160x200 cm and open bathroom
- bedroom n°3 with double bed 160x200 cm and en-suite shower room

2nd floor :
- bedroom n°4 (2 pers.) with a double bed 160x200 cm and a double bed 140x190 cm on the Mezzanine bed
- bedroom n°5 (1 pers.) with double bed 140x190 cm
- bedroom n°6 (1 pers.) with double bed 160x200 cm
- bedroom n°7 (2 pers.) with a double bed 140x190 cm and a double bed 140x190 cm on the mezzanine floor
- separate bathroom with toilet

3rd floor :
- bedroom n°8 open onto a mezzanine with two single beds 90x190 cm and a single bed 80x190 cm, a space that can be used as a work, relaxation or gaming room.

The STUDIO (1 bed / 2 pers.) is on the other side of the courtyard, with a double bed 140x190 cm and a bathroom with toilet.

The outside area offers a wide range of leisure activities, including a pétanque court, mölkky and darts, a brazier and a pontoon for enjoying the river. A large wooden terrace is available for Wellbeing activities (yoga, sports, meditation). A rowing boat is available for strolling on the river.

Rates include: Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, heating included, bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.
