Farm Holiday cottage located in a group of farm buildings in wooded surroundings. Close to the owners, another gîte on site opposite, very independent outdoor space, Hiking trails on site. Close to a large orchard of fruit trees, protector of the little owl, in partnership with the association Les Corbeaux Gatinais Nature. Organic Gatineau apple juice is sold direct from the farm. The orchard is also grazed by over 70 English south-down sheep, a sow, a donkey, a mare and a goat. The owners are sensitive to this privileged environment rich in Biodiversity. On-site reception room available by reservation for up to 60 people (room, fitted kitchen, PMR toilet, crockery = €577/weekend).

GROUND FLOOR: Living/dining room (three-seater convertible sofa), open-plan fitted kitchen, bedroom no.1 (double bed 140x190 cm) and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, wc).

FLOOR: To the right, two bedrooms (Bedroom n°2 with a double bed 140x190 cm, Bedroom n°3 with two single beds 90x190 cm) each with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, wc). On the left, two bedrooms (Bedroom n°4 with a double bed 140x190 cm, Bedroom n°5 with a single bed 90x190 cm), with an independent shower room (shower, washbasin, wc).

OUTSIDE: Private gravel terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, overlooking a large shared plot. Bicycles can be stored in a garage. Private parking.

Rates include: Bed linen provided and Beds made on arrival.
