Farmhouse on the banks of the Loire River, between Sully sur Loire castle and Fleury abbey.

First floor: living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge, large bedroom with 1 x 180 cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet.

Upstairs, a small bedroom with glass door onto landing with 1 x 140 cm bed, a shower room with toilet and a dormitory for up to 8 people with 4 x 140 cm beds.

Private terrace and garden.
Covered parking for 3-4 cars.

All-inclusive rates: Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, bathroom linen included, heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Gîte open from April to end of October, main heating by pellet stove, no heating system in bedrooms.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
