In the heart of the Gâtinais region, with Ferrières, Montargis and Château-Landon just 20 minutes away, 50 km from Fontainebleau.

First floor: living/dining room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), separate wc.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (3 beds 90), separate bathroom (bath, washbasin, washing machine), separate wc.
Outside: Private terrace at rear of gite with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol. Table tennis.
