Marcel and Dominique Fichelle welcome you to Ligny le Ribault (45240) in the Communs de Bon Hôtel, in the Sologne region. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this character property, with its garden planted with oak trees. The gîte is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire and Lamotte-Beuvron. Whether you're hiking, biking, visiting castles or discovering golf courses, you'll be at the center of many possibilities. The 7-person gîte has been fully restored and combines tradition and modernity. It is independent but located on a property.

GROUND FLOOR (56m²) - facing south and west: Entrance hall, separate toilet, fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, hood...) and dining table for 10.

- Bedroom n°2 (23.45 m² - south-facing): 160x200 bed, view of terrace and Forest. En-suite shower room with Italian shower (3.88 m²) + separate wc (1.78 m²).
- Bedroom n°3 (12 m² - west-facing): Two 90x200 beds, view of courtyard and château.
- Bedroom n°4 (9 m² - west-facing): One 90x200 bed, view of courtyard and château.

INCLUDED: End-of-stay cleaning, electricity and heating are included in the price. Bed linen provided, towels (1 large and 1 small per person) and bath mats are also included in the price.

For longer stays, cleaning is included every 15 days, including one at the end of your stay.
