The stone walls of the living room bear witness to the charm of yesteryear, subtly preserved to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere. From outside, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Loire River, a true invitation to relax. Fancy a stroll? Just a two-minute walk will take you to the City, where you can stroll through the narrow streets. Take advantage of your stay to discover: the Musée de l'Artisanat Rural Ancien in Tigy, the Espace Naturel Sensible du Site de Courpain, a haven of biodiversity for a nature interlude, and the Musée de la Marine de Loire in Châteauneuf-sur-Loire, a must-see to immerse yourself in the history of the river. Located in the heart of the Loiret region, just 30 minutes from Orléans, the Holiday cottage is ideally situated along the river. It is nestled on two exceptional cycling itineraries: the Loire à Vélo, famous for its enchanting panoramas, and the Scandibérique, the great European bicycle route. A perfect stopover for nature, heritage and soft mobility enthusiasts.

The Holiday cottage is spread over three levels, offering comfort and privacy for everyone.

- Raised first floor:
An entrance hall leads to two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm). The first has an open-plan shower room and separate private toilet. The second benefits from a private shower room with adjoining WC and a kitchenette (small fridge, microwave and pod coffee maker).

- Garden level (lower level, accessed via a narrow staircase):
A large, bright living room welcomes you with its open, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge. The space gives direct access to the terrace and garden, from where you can enjoy a superb view of the Loire.

- Attic floor:
An attic bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a sitting area with sofa bed (140x190 cm), and an open-plan shower room with separate private WC.

Each room is equipped with a TV.

Outside, enjoy the garden overlooking the Loire, equipped with a garden table and charcoal barbecue.

Private parking for three vehicles is available in front of the Holiday cottage.

All-inclusive price: Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, heating included, bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.
