On an agricultural and forest estate, on the edge of a forest, equidistant between Gien and Montargis in the east of the Loiret region, the house is detached with a beautiful, unenclosed lawn area, just a few kilometers from Nogent-sur-Vernisson and the Barres arboretum, one of the jewels of the Gâtinais region and easily accessible via the A77 motorway.

Ground floor: living/dining room with comfortable sitting area and open-plan kitchen, hallway leading to 2 bedrooms: 1 with 2 single or twin 90cm beds, 1 with 1 160cm bed, shower room, toilet and bathroom.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 x 140 bed, the other with 1 x 90 bed, wc on landing.

Heating included.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Towels provided.
Large awning with garden furniture, barbecue and ping-pong table.

Tumble dryer, 2 steps from living room to bedrooms.
Baby equipment available: high chair, cot, changing mat, bathtub, cot sheets, mixer or robot.
