Welcome to Holiday cottage des Courtils, located in the heart of the Loire Valley, at the gateway to Sologne and the famous Loire castles. This Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 5 people and is ideal for a stay with family or friends, or for a stopover on the Loire à Vélo itinerary, thanks to its "Accueil Vélo" label. Just 1h30 from Paris and 30 minutes from Orléans, you'll enjoy a privileged location from which to discover the Loiret's riches and landscapes: from the Holiday cottage, you can explore Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire (20min), Sully-sur-Loire and its castle (20min), or Germigny-des-Prés (10min) and its remarkable Carolingian Oratory. Just a few minutes away, the Passeurs de Loire in Sigloy offer traditional boat trips to discover the river in a different way. Between heritage, nature, bike rides and Sologne escapades, the Holiday cottage des Courtils is the ideal starting point for discovering the authenticity of the Loire Valley.

First floor: kitchen opening onto dining room and living room (wood-burning stove NOT usable), bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, independent extra-bed toilet and washbasin; and a bedroom with 3 x 90 cm beds (2 x 90 cm beds can be joined to make 1 x 180 cm bed).

Enjoy the 200 m² garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor games (pétanque, badminton net, rackets, Kids games...).
One private parking space on the property and several public parking spaces not far from the Holiday cottage.

All-inclusive price: includes bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. You have 15 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess must be paid to the hosts on site).
Pets allowed at an extra charge of €3 per pet per night.
