Le gîte d'Equus

We welcome you to our Gîte d'Equus, nestled in the village of Les Boites aux lettres, in Saint-Martin-d'Abbat, in the heart of 4 hectares of protected nature. The 2-person gîte is attached to the owners' house, but has its own entrance (the owners live upstairs, without children). The house was completely renovated in 2020 (underfloor heating with Geothermal heating and cooling in summer, insulation with bio-sourced materials). It offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: living room with kitchenette, independent shower room and separate toilet. You'll have free access to the shared exterior, a relaxing spot in the shade of chestnut trees with a view of the horses. We'll be delighted to welcome you and help you discover the natural and cultural riches of the Loiret! The Holiday cottage is located 1.4km from the Germigny des prés tourist office, as well as the Carolingian Oratory, a historic monument. The village of Germigny des prés is also on the Loire cycle route.

The Holiday cottage is all on one level:
- Charming living room with sitting area (sofa, coffee table, TV), table and chairs and kitchen area (171L fridge with 41L freezer compartment, sink, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine dryer, filter coffee maker, De'Longhi espresso maker, kettle, toaster, blender) - Large bedroom (1 x 160x200 double bed, desk, storage unit) - Separate shower room (large shower, washbasin unit, electric towel dryer, hairdryer) - Separate WC Outside :
- You can park a car on the property in front of the Holiday cottage.
- You'll have free access to the shared outside area (not enclosed), with a view of the owners' horse paddock. - A small private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue is available for you to enjoy on sunny days. - A small enclosed shed is available for your bicycles.

[i] The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and comforter cover for the bed) and towels, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
