Just outside Montargis, in the beautiful natural region of the Gâtinais, this Holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful setting, ideal for a relaxing break. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Scandibérique, Europe's longest cycle route, perfect for an outdoor getaway. The Holiday cottage has been awarded the Accueil Vélo brand. The charming City of Montargis, known as the Venice of the Gâtinais, is just 2 km away, with 131 bridges and footbridges spanning the Briare, Loing and Orléans canals. Rich in cultural heritage, you'll discover the Girodet Museum, among other places of interest. And don't forget to try the famous Montargis prasline, a local delicacy not to be missed. Nearby attractions include the Bardin mill in Amilly, the Maison de la Nature et de l'Eau, the contemporary art center Les Tanneries and the Maison de la Suède.

The single-storey Holiday cottage comprises an entrance hall, living/dining room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 cm, the other with two single beds 90x190 cm), shower room and separate toilet. A laundry room, a garage and a veranda with kitchenette opening onto the terrace complete the ensemble.

Outside, you'll enjoy a 400 m² enclosed garden, complete with garden furniture, deckchairs and even a Finnish bowling alley, for relaxing moments with family or friends.
