Le Gîte de Delphine

Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, you've come to the right place. We want your stay with us to be as special and easy as possible, and the gite is carefully equipped with this in mind. Our gîte in Ouzouer-sur-Loire is ideally situated between the Loire and the Orléans forest. The Maison forestière, located at the crossroads of the Resistance, is a historic site of the Second World War. Visits and educational events are organized here. The Etang du Ravoir is a unique site, home to the Osprey nature reserve with its nests and observatory. Ouzouer-sur-Loire offers walkers numerous hiking, horse-riding and cycling trails, as well as a fitness trail. The gîte is just 200 m from a supermarket, 500 m from the Etang du Cosson, 3 km from Dampierre-en-Burly (château), 7 km from an aquatic area (with aqua-ludic beach, Splash pad and Pentaglis...), 10 km from Sully-sur-Loire and its château, 15 km from Gien and its château...

House of 116 m² for 6 persons including :

FIRST FLOOR :
- a living room with sitting area (sofas, flat-screen TV), dining area and pellet stove (one free basket of pellets, extra afterwards), open-plan fitted kitchen (sink, oven, 3-zone induction hob, hood, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, hand blender).
- separate toilet.
- closed garage with laundry area (washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, fridge with freezer compartment).

UPSTAIRS :
- 3 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160x200cm bed,
- separate bathroom (bath, washbasin),
- separate shower room (70x70 shower, washbasin, toilet).

OUTSIDE :
Pleasant 800 m² garden with a terrace at the rear, garden furniture and lounge, charcoal barbecue.

[P] 1 parking space for 1 car in driveway + 1 space in closed garage.

Rates include: heating (15 Kwh per day included: excess to be paid on site to the hosts), Bed linen and towels provided and beds made on arrival, bathroom linen included. Optional extra: End-of-stay cleaning at €60.

Baby equipment available: high chair and cot.

The price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, heating and electricity with a reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gite is electric, you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on the spot to the hosts).
