Halfway between Fontainebleau, Orléans and Chartres, an hour and a half from Paris or Versailles, renovated family home in the heart of the village, in the Essonne valley with its mills and hiking trails, between Beauce and Gâtinais. The house is in the village center, with a pleasant, quiet enclosed courtyard at the rear. 7 min from one of France's most beautiful villages, Yèvre Châtel, 10 min from Puiseaux's twisted bell tower, 20 min from Buthiers leisure park, 40 min from Fontainebleau castle, 1h from Sully-sur-Loire castle.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance, large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge (TV) opening onto courtyard, separate toilet, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, small fridge).

FIRST FLOOR: 3 bedrooms, one with 1 x 160x200 bed, another with 1 x 140x200 bed and the last with 2 x 90x200 beds (can be joined together on request to make a 180cm bed), separate bathroom (bath, washbasin, bidet), separate WC.

OUTSIDE: gated courtyard to rear of house with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue and electric plancha). Covered shed with ping-pong table. Parking for 2 cars available in the courtyard.

Deposit 300€ (or 400€ if pet). Bed linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning included, Utilities included subject to reasonable consumption.
