Located between the Loire Valley and Sologne, 15 km from Orléans and 40 km from Blois, Cléry-Saint-André is an iconic stop on the Way of St. James, particularly thanks to its basilica, the final resting place of King Louis XI. Notre-Dame de Cléry, a major pilgrimage site since the Middle Ages, attracts numerous tourists and pilgrims every year. Lovers of history and nature can also explore nearby attractions, including the castles of Meung-sur-Loire, Beaugency, Chambord, Talcy, and La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, as well as the Roquelin Gardens and the Ilex Arboretum. Easily accessible, the holiday cottage is located just 8 km from the A10 (Meung-sur-Loire) and A71 (Orléans Sud - Olivet) highway exits. This holiday cottage, located entirely on the ground floor, consists of:

- a comfortable bedroom (one double bed, 160x200 cm), with blackout curtains (shutters and blackout curtains)
- a pleasant living area with a sitting room (two sofas), dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, range hood, oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, electric drip coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and raclette machine).
- an office area
- a bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with a walk-in shower
- a separate toilet

The apartment has an internet connection (fiber Wi-Fi), and the TV is equipped with an Orange TV box.

The living room is equipped with a large ceiling fan. For extra cooling during the hot season, a standing fan is also available in the bedroom.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a private terrace with a view of the basilica, set within an enclosed, tree-lined garden (shared access with the owners). Garden furniture, a barbecue, and lounge chairs are available for your relaxation.

An Umbrella bed and a high chair are available for toddlers.
