The owner welcomes you to this typical Gâtinais longère, a renovated farmhouse with outbuildings. The setting is calm and restful. On the first floor, Chambre 1 (18m²), carefully decorated for 2 people, has independent access from the garden (on one level). It features a 160x200 cm double bed and a 4 m² en-suite bathroom with pedestal washbasin and walk-in shower. The toilet is independent. A cot can be provided on request. An office area, with free Wifi connection. The window overlooks the front garden. This independent room is in a guest house where you will find a total of three tastefully decorated guest rooms (rent by the room) on the property. Room n°2 (Ref:H45H026328) sleeps 3 with independent access from the garden; and Room n°3 (Ref:H45H026329), sleeps 3 and is located upstairs, accessible by an outside staircase. Shared with the other rooms: Breakfast with homemade jams and fruit from the orchard. Rooms are equipped with courtesy tray and TV, and internet access is free. Table d'Hôtes on request (29€/adult and 17€/child under 12). Pet supplement: 15€/pet/night. Extra charge of €15 for each additional car and trailer. You can park your vehicle within the grounds of the property (secured by a gate).
