Le Cléry

Come stay at this small semi-detached holiday cottage, “Le Clery,” located in Cléry-Saint-André—perfect for up to 4 people. With its 2 bedrooms, it offers a comfortable base from which to explore the Loiret and enjoy a peaceful stay near Orléans. Its prime location makes it the perfect base for exploring the Loire Valley and the famous Loire Valley Castle Route. From cultural visits and bike rides along the Loire River to exploring the Basilica of Cléry-Saint-André and day trips to Chambord, Meung-sur-Loire, or Beaugency, this holiday cottage is the perfect base for exploring the region’s treasures.

The "Le Clery" holiday cottage is attached to another residence and another holiday cottage (Holiday cottage "Le Saint André H45G000872"), with which it shares a common front yard.

On the ground floor:
- Dining room with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (195L refrigerator with 79L freezer, sink, 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Philips Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor)
- Living room: BZ sofa (can be used as a bed upon request, at 5€/day per additional person), 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV.
- Small, enclosed, private courtyard at the back of the house, accessible through a French door from the living room. You’ll have access to patio furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue for sunny days.

First floor: two attic bedrooms
- Bedroom #1 with 1 bed measuring 140x190 (duvet, 2 pillows per person, 1 bolster), window shade.
- Bedroom #2 with 2 beds 90x190 (duvet, 2 pillows, 1 bolster), blind on the skylight.
- A separate bathroom: shower, double-sink vanity
- A separate toilet.

Parking:
One private parking space in the front courtyard and a carport for one car.
