L'Atelier

Come and discover our 4-person gîte near the canal, a former navigable waterway now dedicated to tourism. This channel joins the Johannine city of Orléans 12km away, alongside the royal river LA LOIRE. Along the way, you'll pass through Chécy and its washhouse, and Combleux, a former seafaring village. L'ATELIER is located in MARDIÉ, within the UNESCO World Heritage Loire Valley. You'll find several local shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store) and a large shopping center 3km away. Shared heated swimming pool (8x4) open from May to late September.

This 90m² contemporary-style Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house, is all on one level.
It comprises 2 bedrooms - 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 140x190 (beds made on arrival). Fully-equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer)
- Living room - Dining room - Shower room (Italian shower) with WC, iron and hairdryer.
Easy PRM access - Sliding bay window with maximum daylight.

At the front of the Holiday cottage, private parking for your vehicle.
At the rear, you'll enjoy a beautiful outdoor area: private terrace with garden furniture and plancha, private grounds, swimming pool shared with the owners (L. 8mx l. 4m ) heated and open from May to late September. Trampoline, swing, petanque court and table tennis are also available in the shared garden.

Heating and bed linen included.
End-of-stay cleaning and towels optional.

Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, potty.
Deposit of 500€ for companies and compulsory cleaning of 60€ every 15 days.
