L'Atelier des Rêves

L'Atelier des Rêves invites you to enjoy a peaceful stay in a verdant, leisure-filled setting, in a secure allotment with a gate at the entrance. On site, everything is designed for the pleasure of young and old alike: five ponds for fishing enthusiasts (carp, roach), ping-pong table, pétanque court, tennis court, playground... In the heart of the Gâtinais, at the crossroads of the Loiret, Seine-et-Marne and Yonne départements, this little corner of the Countryside offers a peaceful, verdant setting, ideal for getting away from it all. Ideally located just 20 minutes from Sens, 30 minutes from Fontainebleau and 1h15 from Paris, this place promises a peaceful stay, with a wide range of activities within easy reach. Not to be missed: the Château du Bignon-Mirabeau, the Château de Mez-le-Maréchal, the gardens of Grand Courtoiseau...

The Chalet is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A pleasant, bright, open-plan living room with :
> a dining area (table and 6 chairs)
> a fully-equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, extractor fan, hob (2 gas + 2 vitroceramic), microwave, filter and Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, waffle maker...
> a cosy living room with corner sofa, armchairs, fireplace (wood supplied), video projector with Orange bouquet, DVD player, DVDs, board games, Wifi...
- a small bedroom with a single bed 90x190 cm
- a second bedroom with a 90x190 cm high bunk bed
- a bathroom with WC

First floor :
- an open-plan mezzanine sleeping area (via steep, low-ceilinged staircase) with a 140x190cm double bed.

Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
Private parking on the property.

Price includes: Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Towels are not provided.

Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed and booster seat.
