La Talonnière

Located between the medieval town of Beaugency and Meung sur Loire, Holiday cottage La Talonnière is ideally placed (4km) for the Loire à Vélo cycling route (Euro Vélo 6) and the Scan ibérique (Euro Vélo 3), as well as a number of cyclo-tourist loops. Our house is the ideal starting point for discovering the picturesque villages and unspoilt landscapes of the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Ideal location for exploring: Loire castles: Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Meung-sur-Loire, Beaugency, Orléans Cathedral Cléry-Saint-André Abbey, the famous Beauval ZooPark Within walking distance of the school, the Jardin de la Huppe is a safe play area for Kids. A bread and pastry service is available at the nearby bar, subject to prior reservation for delivery to the bar from 9 a.m. the following day, except on days when the property is closed or on annual vacations. This family-run Holiday cottage is the ideal starting point for your Loire Valley vacations: bike rides, historical discoveries, nature activities and relaxing breaks.

This vacation home comprises on the first floor a beautiful 46 m² living room with lounge, living room, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs, a shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine) and 3 bedrooms: one with a 140x190cm bed, one with a 160x200cm bed and one with a 90cm bed and 2 80cm beds (convertible into 1 160cm bed). Roller shutters in each bedroom.

Enjoy the terrace and private courtyard at the rear of the house, with its lounge, garden furniture and gas plancha, plus a table tennis table for family get-togethers.

Private parking for 2 cars is available at the front of the house in the gated courtyard. There is also a free public parking lot 20 m away.

A reinforced socket for an electric vehicle is available in the parking lot on request, pricing via the application per KW consumed.
