Independent, renovated communal gîte set in a beautiful, typically Sologne building in the heart of the village, on the church square. It has a small courtyard in front and an enclosed garden with a wooden terrace at the back, complete with garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. Numerous leisure activities nearby (municipal swimming pool).

Large living room with open-plan kitchen and sitting area, separate toilet, checkroom, 1 bedroom for the disabled (3 beds 90x190) with adjoining bathroom (toilet with grab bar, walk-in shower and accessible washbasin).
Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms (2 beds 90x190 each), an independent shower room (shower + double basin) and separate toilet, and a bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with en-suite bathroom (bath + washbasin + toilet).

Gas heating and bed linen included (beds made on arrival). Electricity according to consumption (8 Kw/h included per day), supplement to be paid on site. Pets are not accepted.

Tumble dryer, Household linens kit for €10 (bath towel, hand towel, and bath mat) - Kitchen linens kit for €5 (3 dish towels) - End-of-stay cleaning fee: €105. The holiday cottage is managed by the local municipality: you must always call 06 23 62 58 32 (Ms. DEVILLIERE) to provide your arrival time - Arrival must be before 8:00 PM.
