Take advantage of the surrounding area to escape along the Petit Loiret, accessible in 10 minutes by car, or along the banks of the Loire, perfect for a walk or bike ride. On the first floor is the living room with its cosy ambience, enhanced in winter by the gentle warmth of the wood-burning stove. The space opens onto a large, fully-equipped, convivial and functional kitchen, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing with a sofa and a few books invites you to relax. Two bedrooms await you: one with a double bed (140x190 cm), the other with two single beds (90x190 cm), as well as a shower room with WC. Directly accessible from the living room, a small enclosed wooden terrace allows you to enjoy pleasant outdoor moments.
Two private parking spaces are available right in front of the apartment. All inclusive: Bed linen and towels provided, heating included, bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay.
