Grouping of 2 Holiday cottages located on the same property: "La Petite Maison" (9 pers) and "Le Fournil" (6 pers), and a 15-person Room. Two characterful Holiday cottages close to the Loing Valley on a farm and near the owners' house.

Holiday cottage "LA PETITE MAISON" (9 pers):
First floor (accessible to disabled guests): living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 convertible to 180), bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: Bedroom n°1 with 2 beds 80 (convertible to 1 bed 160), Bedroom n°2 with 2 beds 90, and lastly Bedroom n°3 with 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90 and 1 baby bed. Bathroom (bath, washbasin), separate toilet. Electric heating and/or wood heating. Outside, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Holiday cottage "LE FOURNIL" (6 pers) = Ground floor (accessible for pers).
First floor (accessible to disabled guests): living room with kitchenette and sitting area (fireplace), bedroom #1 with 1 x 180cm bed (separable into 2 x 90cm beds), separate shower room (shower, washbasin, wc).
Upstairs: Bedroom n°2 with 1 x 180cm bed (separable into 2 x 90cm beds), 1 x 90cm bed and possibility of 1 additional 90cm trundle bed, separate bathroom (bath, washbasin, washing machine), separate toilet. Outside, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

SHARED EXTERIOR: Relax with a swim in the swimming pool (10x6m), covered and heated from May to mid-October, shared between the two Holiday cottages and the owners. The petanque court completes the leisure facilities for an active and relaxing vacation. Private parking in front of the property.

ON-SITE ROOM (15 pers) : Included in the price up to 15 people max. If you wish to invite more guests, please contact the owners in advance (extra charge). Equipped catering office: 10-rack oven, 5-burner electric oven and piano, dishwasher, stainless steel tables, 2 large fridges. 3 sanitary facilities, including one for the disabled. Checkroom. Possibility of installing a barnum on the lawn in the courtyard. Round tables for 8 people and comfortable fabric chairs.
