This restored 18th-century farmhouse adjoining a manor house welcomes you to a vast 2,000 m² wooded relaxation area. Situated in a charming setting on the outskirts of the village, this quiet, detached dwelling is ideal for fishing. Fishing, river and ponds nearby. In a quiet location just outside the village of St Maurice sur Fessard, about 7 km west of Montargis. Wine was once grown on this modest property. Fresh croissants and baguettes can be picked up on the morning walk through the village (500 m) and, with a bit of luck, you'll be able to eat on the sunny terrace. After your meal, deckchairs await you in a large wooded area, a paradise for Kids' games. In the village, you'll find a bakery, grocery store and post office. Supermarkets, banks and Market in Montargis. Halfway between the Forest of Fontainebleau and the City of Orleans, the region offers a wide range of sporting, cultural and gastronomic activities. Just an hour's drive away, you'll discover the Vineyard of Sancerre and its hilltop village, which is much admired by visitors. Just outside the village, anglers young and old can indulge in their favorite activity at the ponds of the Domaine de St Maurice sur Fessard.
