Welcome to La Migauchette, our fully-renovated 70 m² family home, nestled on the edge of the Sologne Forest and a stone's throw from the village shops. Enjoy moments of relaxation and conviviality with your family. Set off directly from the house for a bike ride or a hike through the woods and ponds. Officially classified as a 3-star meublé de tourisme, our Holiday cottage combines comfort, authenticity and Wellbeing for a rejuvenating stay with family or friends.

The accommodation comprises:
- A bright living room with fitted kitchen/diner, opening onto a comfortable lounge with corner sofa.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190).
- A second bedroom with pull-out bed (2 x 90x200 mattresses) and baby bed with bars (ergonomic mattress + adapted linen).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
- Terrace with garden furniture, awning and barbecue.

The whole opens onto a pleasant enclosed garden with secure gate, allowing parking for a vehicle and trailer if required.
