High-speed internet connection (fiber optics) Canal+, netflix, home cinema. Adjoining small orchard available for free picking.

The house (60m²) comprises on the first floor (presence of steps):
- Living room with two sofas (including a 140x190 cm sofa bed) and wood-burning stove, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine). Television with DVD player (57 classic films available on DVD).
- Separate toilet
- Bedroom (one double bed 160x200 cm and one pull-out bed 80x200 cm sleeping 2), with en-suite shower room

Garden with picnic table, barbecue and deckchairs.

The house comprises on the first floor:
- Living room with sofa bed (110 cm 1 seater) and wood-burning stove, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine)
- High-speed internet connection (fiber optic)
- Projection screen with DVD player (57 classic films available on DVD)
- Large bathroom (shower and bath)
- Separate toilet

First floor:
- Mezzanine (a single bed 90x190 cm and a child's bed 70x150 cm), with two tables as a study area.
- Upstairs bedroom (one double bed 160x200 cm and one single bed 90x190 cm), with a comfortable study area (work surface facing the window).

Garden with tables and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs.


Available on request: bicycles (adults and children), volleyball net, soccer cage.

On-site parking.

The garden/garden adjoining the house is accessible and fruit is freely available for picking: cherry (June), blackcurrant (July), hazelnut (August), apple/pear (August/September), grapevine (September), quince (October), walnut (November/December).
