A moment of peace and quiet in a charming house surrounded by nature (forest, sheep, deer), located 21 km north-west of Orléans, 15km from the Loire cycle route and Meung-sur-Loire castle, 52 km from Chambord castle... The house comprises on the first floor:
- Living room with sofa bed (110 cm 1-seater) and wood-burning stove, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine), broadband Internet connection (fiber), home cinema with DVD player (57 classic films on DVD available; no DTT channels)
- Large bathroom (shower and bath)
- Separate toilet

First floor:
- Mezzanine (single bed 90x190 cm and children's bed 80x190 cm), with two tables as office area.
- Upstairs bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm and single bed 90x190 cm)

Garden with tables and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs.
Bicycles (adults and children) available on request.
On-site parking.

The garden/ orchard adjoining the house is accessible and fruit is freely available for picking: cherry (June), blackcurrant (July), hazelnut (August), apple/pear (August/September), grapevine (September), quince (October), walnut (November/December).
