Spacious Holiday cottage for 6 people, fully renovated and self-contained with private enclosed garden. It is located in the commune of Loury, in the grounds of a beautiful mansion and a family farm that produces hazelnuts, offering a warm, wooded and quiet environment. 1h30 from Paris and 15km from Orléans, you can enjoy the Forest of Orléans and its many Hiking, Loire biking and especially its majestic castles.

First floor: - Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living area (fridge/freezer, 3-zone induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Bosch Tassimo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, electric mixer, electric griddle...).) - Large, bright living room with dining area (sofa, 4 armchairs, coffee table, TV, dining table and 6 chairs) First floor: - Bedroom n°1 with 1 x 160x200 bed, - Bedroom n°2 with 1 x 160x200 bed, - Bedroom n°3 with 2 x 80x200 Twin beds (can be made into 1 x 160x200 double bed), - Separate shower room (shower, washbasin, mirror, electric towel rail, hairdryer), - Separate toilet.

Outside: - Parking for several vehicles in front of the Holiday cottage.
- Enclosed private rear garden: outdoor tables and chairs under an arbour, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue, pétanque/molky area (games provided). Holiday cottage capacity: The Holiday cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6, with the possibility of adding a single baby. Accessibility: /!\ 3 steps up to the front door, and 3 steps between the kitchen and living room.
Beautiful interior spiral staircase in the turret to access the 1st floor. i] Charges included: - Water, electricity, bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels provided. - End-of-stay cleaning extra at 55€. All shops nearby. [Another 8-person gîte is located on the "La Roncière" property. However, each Holiday cottage is independent and has its own private outdoor space].
