La Maison du Garde, Le Ciran

Set in a 300-hectare estate, a veritable showcase for the Sologne region. The gîte is a 2-storey, 6-bedroom Solognese house, the former home of a gamekeeper, which can accommodate 23 people. On-site farm and nature activities (booking required). Approved by Jeunesse et Sports and Education Nationale. The gîte is rented directly with a reception room, "La Grange", approx. 75 m², which can accommodate up to 50 people and provides a pleasant space for entertaining. The room is independent of the gîte (15 m opposite).

In the gite: 23 single beds in 6 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and a lounge.

GROUND FLOOR (accessed by 5 steps): separate toilet in entrance hall, 32m² living room (3 sofas, fireplace with wood supplied, flat-screen TV) 3 bedrooms (1 for 6 people with en-suite shower room, 2 for 4 people with washbasin, 3 for 2 people with shower and washbasin in bedroom).
1ER ETAGE : 3 Chambres (Ch n°4 pour 4 pers avec lavabo, Ch n°5 pour 4 pers avec salle d'eau attenante, et Ch n°6 pour 3 pers avec lavabo) , WC indépendant, Salle d'eau indépendante (1 WC séparé, 2 douches, 2 lavabos)

RECEPTION ROOM "LA GRANGE", located 15m from the gite: a lovely convivial space (for dining and/or dancing), 1 fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 1 small freezer, kitchen utensils and crockery, etc.), 10 tables and around 60 chairs, sanitary facilities and a lovely adjoining terrace.
