Located between the Loire Valley and the Beauce Plateau, this holiday cottage is conveniently situated just 100 meters from a shopping area and 2 km from the banks of the Loire River, perfect for lovely walks or bike rides. You’ll stay in the heart of a region rich in heritage, near the iconic châteaux of the Loire Valley. Comfortable and welcoming, the accommodation has been designed to make you feel right at home, whether you’re traveling with family, as a couple, or with friends. Everyone can enjoy the cozy spaces perfect for sharing moments and relaxing. Nearby attractions include: the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, the Basilica of Cléry-Saint-André, the medieval town of Beaugency and its castle, and of course the unmissable Château de Chambord.

On the ground floor, all on one level:
- a bedroom with a 140x190 cm sofa bed
- a dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen (188L refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 3-burner induction cooktop, range hood, electric oven, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster...), high table with 2 stools, a dining table, and 6 chairs
- a living room with a sofa and armchairs, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system, board games...
- a laundry/utility room with storage space, washing machine, and cleaning supplies
- a separate toilet
- two bedrooms, each equipped with two 90x190cm single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed)
- a bathroom with a toilet

Outside, you’ll enjoy an enclosed garden of approximately 105 m² with patio furniture and a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided).
A private parking area in front of the house can accommodate up to three vehicles.

Please note: The holiday cottage is located along a quiet national highway.
