La Grande Closerie

Located in the heart of the charming village of Combleux, this 6-person Holiday cottage welcomes you for a peaceful stay between the Orleans canal and the banks of the Loire. Situated on the "Loire à vélo" route, it's ideal for vacations with family or friends, and is the perfect starting point for discovering the natural and cultural riches of the Orléanais region. Enjoy cycling or walking tours, and discover the castles of the Loire Valley.

The "La Grande Closerie" house is an unattached outbuilding of the owners' house that can accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms.

First floor:
- Entrance with cupboard, laundry area (washing machine, sink); - Living room with sitting area (sofa and armchairs, coffee table, TV connected to Orange box, wood-burning stove), dining area (table and 6 chairs for your meals) and open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso Krups coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Airfryer, hand blender);
- Corridor with small office area under staircase; - Separate shower room (large shower, vanity unit and toilet).

1st floor: - 3 separate double bedrooms (one with a dressing room): each bedroom has 2 Twin beds 80x200, which can be twinned to make 1 queen-size bed 160; - Separate shower room (shower, washbasin); - Separate WC. Outside: Enclosed courtyard secured by a gate: You will have a private area dedicated to the Holiday cottage with a shed. Garden furniture, gas barbecue [The rest of the land belongs to the owners' house. The owners have the right of way in front of the gite entrance for access to their personal dwelling] A few meters away, near the municipal parking lot, a pétanque pitch, a playground and tennis courts are accessible [P] You can park just 50m from the gite, in the village's free public parking lot, which has a space for electric recharging.

[i] All-inclusive price: Bed linen provided, towels supplied, end-of-stay cleaning included (excluding dishes and rubbish to be paid for by tenants), and Utilities included (within reasonable limits). Plus: The owners can lend you 4 adult bikes and 3 canoes (with life jackets and oars) to enjoy the beauty of the Loire Valley.
