Located in the Val de Loire area, a UNESCO World Heritage site for living cultural landscapes. At the gateway to Sologne and the Loire castles. The "Loire à Vélo" cycle route passes 3 km from the village. 1h30 from Paris, 15 min from Orléans, CO'Met and Zénith. Shops and restaurants 3 km away.

The 110 m² Holiday cottage adjoins the owners' house and is completely independent. It has an enclosed courtyard at the front, which can be used as a parking area, and a pretty garden with trees at the back, with a terrace for meals.
On the first floor you'll find a fully fitted kitchen, a bright living room, a shower room and an independent toilet. On the 1st floor, two bedrooms, one with two single beds 90x190 cm and the other with a double bed 140x190 cm, a shower room and separate wc. On the 2nd floor, a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm.
All-inclusive rates: sheets and beds made on arrival, heating, bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed with fitted sheet, changing mat, potty and high chair,

Gîte est très bien équipé en vaisselle, en équipements de jardin, en électro-ménager, piscine...
5/5Séjour très agréable qui a démarré par l'accueil de Béatrice et Denis ; le premier soir : invités à l'apéro. Puis possibilité chaque jour de se baigner à la piscine chez Béatrice et Guy (personnes très discrètes et très agréables). A la fin du séjour, Denis est passé le vendredi soir nous saluer et Béatrice était présente à notre départ. Ces sont des personnes adorables.

5/5C'est notre 2eme séjour, et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement gentils, accueillants, et attentionnés, tout en restant discrets. La maison est vraiment très agréable, spacieuse, et très bien équipée. De nombreuses activités de loisir ou culturelles à proximité. La note maximale sans hésitation. Un grand merci pour ce séjour qui a ravi les petits et les grands. Nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir.
