Stay in the Quai du Chatelet building, known by Orléanais for its beautiful green loggias, in the heart of the historic old town, either in the "Les Oiseaux" apartment upstairs or in the "La Gabare" apartment on the first floor, the starting point for a tour of the city (on foot, by bike, by electric bus, by tramway, etc.). The Châteaux of the Loire, the Sologne, the Orléans state forest and the Loire Valley, and why not Paris, Versailles, Beauval Zoo and Sancerre are all must-see excursions during your stay. La Gabare, a charming, comfortable 4-person Holiday cottage on the first floor of an emblematic building on the quayside in the heart of Orleans' old City and on the banks of the Loire.

Bright living room with direct, unique view over the banks of the Loire. You enter through a wicket door directly onto the loggia with table and chairs, where you can contemplate the Loire from the comfort of your own home. After a few steps, you pass through the front door into the large, bright, south-facing 45m² living room. It features a living room with sofas and TV, an open, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine), a dining area with a large table.

2 separate bedrooms with 1 double bed (180x200) or 2 single beds (90x200), each with its own dressing room (one bedroom has no windows).

A loggia terrace with direct access and view of the Loire River, where you can relax (table and chairs), observe the river's flora and fauna, and enjoy its castle restaurants.

1 badge for parking access to the nearby Halles-Charpenterie underground parking lot (max vehicle height 1m80).

Heating included, Bed linen provided and Beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen included. Compulsory cleaning fee of 35€ for professionals. Intermediate cleaning mid-stay, for stays of more than 15 days, €20. Pet supplement of €5 per night per animal.
