Detached house close to Sully-sur-Loire town center. The kitchen and living room open onto a terrace, ideal for outdoor dining in summer.

First floor: separate kitchen, living/dining room, separate toilet, bedroom 1 with 1 x 140x190 bed and en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, you'll find 4 further bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140x190), an independent shower room (shower, washbasin), an independent bathroom (bath, washbasin, wc). 4 of the 5 bedrooms are equipped with TV.

[i] Heating included, Bed linen provided (beds made on arrival for your convenience), towels and tea towels provided. Extra charge: €100 end-of-stay cleaning (compulsory for business stays).
For business stays of one month or more, compulsory end-of-stay cleaning at 150€/month (Cleaning will be done at the end of each month, with change of sheets and towels).

[P] 1 parking space in the driveway for a small vehicle. Street parking is available free of charge. (If required, a secure parking space for your vehicle is available 300 m from the house, on request from the owners).
