First floor: 50m² living room with semi-open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Independent bedroom n°1 with 1 bed 160x200. Double shower room (2 walk-in showers, closed WC and washing machine).

Upstairs: large, open-plan bedroom (65m²) with 2 beds 90x190, 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 160x200, a relaxation area with BZ and TV, and an office for telecommuting (small mezzanine with 1 extra bed 140, without base). En-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and toilet.

You'll enjoy a large fenced-in plot with a gravelled area at the front for easy parking, and a lovely covered terrace at the back overlooking the garden. Garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue available.

Everything is included in your stay: towels, bed linen, beds made on arrival, heating and cleaning at the end of your stay (excluding dishes and rubbish).
