This Holiday cottage will welcome you during your stay in the region with its many quality earthenware tiles. The studio is nestled in the heart of the Loiret region, offering a peaceful atmosphere amid picturesque forests and woodlands. The quiet little City, with its many shops within 2 minutes' walk, also offers Museums and a variety of activities. Take advantage of its proximity to Orléans, Montargis and numerous Loire castles for cultural escapades (Château de Sully-sur-Loire and Gien).

A very nice holiday cottage with its own separate entrance. It features an entryway with a kitchenette (2-burner electric cooktop, small refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), a large bedroom with two single beds (Bed 90x190; can be pushed together to form a double bed, 180x190 cm), a dining area with a table and two chairs in the bedroom, a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

A Sauna area is available as an optional extra upon request (€30/1.5 hours).

Public parking lot is about 75 meters away.

All-inclusive rate: Heating included, bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, and end-of-stay cleaning fee included.
