This Holiday cottage will welcome you during your stay in the region with its many quality earthenware tiles. The studio is nestled in the heart of the Loiret region, offering a peaceful atmosphere amid picturesque forests and woodlands. The quiet little City, with its many shops within 2 minutes' walk, also offers Museums and a variety of activities. Take advantage of its proximity to Orléans, Montargis and numerous Loire castles for cultural escapades (Château de Sully-sur-Loire and Gien).

Very pretty Holiday cottage with its own entrance. It comprises an entrance hall with kitchenette (2-burner electric hob, small fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a large bedroom with two single beds 90x190 cm (convertible into a double bed 180x190 cm), a dining area with table and two chairs in the bedroom, an independent shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

A shared garden area (in front of the Holiday cottage) with a small private corner with table and 2 garden chairs.
A barbecue shared with the other studio on site is available on request.

Public parking lot approx. 75 m away.

All-inclusive price: heating included, Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.
