Welcome to "La Bonnerie", a pleasant 4-person self-catering Holiday cottage located just 3 km from the historic center of Meung-sur-Loire, in the Loiret region, between Beauce and Sologne. Housed in a completely renovated chalet-style building, this gîte welcomes you to a quiet, leafy setting, ideal for a relaxing stay in the Countryside, yet close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions in the Loire Valley. Situated right next to the start of the "Promenade des Mauves", a famous walk along the small rivers of Meung-sur-Loire, the Holiday cottage is an excellent starting point for discovering the banks of the Loire, the castle of Meung-sur-Loire, Beaugency, Orléans and the natural landscapes of the Sologne. Hiking, biking, Loire heritage and gourmet discoveries will set the pace for your stay.

The first floor comprises a large living area with: - A sitting area with a lovely wood-burning stove (wood not supplied), - An open-plan kitchen: 242L fridge with 66L freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-zone induction hob, electric oven, filter coffee maker, Bosh Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, blender, electric mixer) All opening onto the terrace and private garden.

Upstairs, you'll find: - A landing; - Bedroom #1 with 1 x 160x200 bed (bed with bolster + two pillows, duvet/blanket. Wooden shutters + curtains on window); - Bedroom n°2 with 2 beds 90x190 (beds with bolster + pillow/person, duvet/blanket. Wooden shutters outside + curtains on window); - An independent shower room, under slope (shower cubicle, washbasin) - A separate WC. Outside: - Private garden with a terrace area (small lounge, wooden table with bench, 2 deckchairs, charcoal barbecue available). Kids can enjoy a swing - Private parking on the property [i] Charges: Water, electricity. Wood at the tenant's expense. Heating included in the rental price during the heating season from October to April. From May to September, if required, an additional charge of 12€/day applies. [i] Optional extras: end-of-stay cleaning (55€/stay for individuals or 65€/stay for businesses), bed linen (10€/bed), towels (5€/pers). You're sure to love the green setting of this accommodation!

Heating is included in the rental price during the heating season from October to April. From May to September, if required, a supplement of €12/day will be charged. Wood for the stove is at the tenant's expense. Non-smoking accommodation.
