Treat yourself to a quiet getaway in this charming Holiday cottage in an old farmhouse, just 15 km from Orléans and the banks of the Loire. Whether you're on vacation with family, friends or business, La Bergerie welcomes you to a verdant setting, ideal for relaxation and discovery. Situated 24 km from the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, an essential stopover on the Route des Châteaux de la Loire, this house combines modern comfort with authenticity.

A spacious, convivial interior, with a vast 110 m² living room on the first floor: hall with checkroom, two separate WCs with washbasins, a warm living room, a convivial dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing tasty meals to share. There's also a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and a shower room with toilet.

Upstairs, three bedrooms: two with double beds (140x190 cm) and one with 2 single beds (90x190 cm), plus a bathroom with toilet.

You'll enjoy a private terrace opening onto an unfenced garden, perfect for al fresco dining with its garden furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue. At the front of the property, a swing set will delight the younger ones, while the older ones will have fun around the ping-pong table.

Private parking is also available.

All-inclusive rates: heating included, bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, bathroom linen included and end-of-stay cleaning included.

A second adjoining Holiday cottage for up to 7 people is also available, ideal for large families or groups.

Arrival from 4 pm to 6 pm maximum - Departure at 10 am.
