Situated 24 km from the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, an essential stopover on the Route des Châteaux de la Loire, this house combines authenticity and modern comfort. Between strolls along the Loire, discovering the Loire heritage and nature escapades, you'll enjoy a rejuvenating stay just outside Orléans, in the heart of a region rich in heritage and gentle way of life.

The house comprises: On the first floor, a spacious, convivial living area comprising: - Entrance hall with checkroom - Two separate WCs with washbasins - Open, fully-equipped kitchen: (317L fridge with 106L freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor fan, 4-zone ceramic hob, electric oven, filter coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand blender...) - Dining area with large dining table....) - A dining area with a large table for your meals - A cosy lounge (TV) - Bedroom n°1 with 1 bed 160x200 cm. - A shower room with WC. First floor: - Bedroom n°2 with 1 bed 140x190.
- Bedroom n°3 with 1 bed 160x200 - Bedroom n°4 with 2 beds 90x190 - Independent shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). Outside and additional facilities: - At the rear, you'll enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue, opening onto a large unfenced garden.
- At the front of the property, a swing set will delight the younger guests, while the older ones will have fun around the ping-pong table. - Private parking in the front courtyard for your vehicles. Additional information: - The Holiday cottage is adjoined by a second accommodation that can sleep up to 7 people. It is possible to rent both cottages together (15 people), ideal for large families or groups. - All-inclusive rate: heating included, bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, bathroom linen included and end-of-stay cleaning included. - Arrival from 4pm to 6pm maximum / Departure at 10am.
