Independent accommodation for 10 people, divided into 2 gites. It comprises a courtyard planted with trees and a wooden terrace. On the first floor, first accommodation for 2 people (kitchen opening onto living room, bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet). Then, via an outside staircase, a 2nd 8-person apartment on the second floor. The large living room can accommodate up to 10 people at table and in the lounge.

These are 2 independent accommodations rented together. The 2 accommodations are linked by a common courtyard. All are completely independent.

1ST GITE ON GROUND FLOOR:
This 2/4-person gite comprises a 17 m² living room with modern open-plan kitchen and dining table, opening onto a comfortable lounge with TV (140cm sofa bed). Bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds (can be configured as a 180cm double bed). En-suite bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet.

2ND GITE ON 1st FLOOR (access by outside staircase):
This 8-person accommodation comprises a large living room with dining area, sitting area and open-plan fitted kitchen.
It has 3 bedrooms (Bedroom n°1 with 2 twin beds 80x190, Bedroom n°2 with 1 bed 160x200, Bedroom n°3 with 2 bunk beds each with 2 beds 90x190), 2 independent bathrooms (shower, washbasin in each) and a separate toilet.

OUTSIDE:
You'll enjoy the gated courtyard with private terrace in front of each gite, garden furniture, gas barbecue.

Free public parking next to the gite (you can unload your belongings by pulling into the private driveway, then return to the parking lot opposite).

End-of-stay instructions: please leave the gîte tidy, the garbage cans sorted and emptied into the appropriate containers, fill the dishwasher with your last meal but do not run it, and unmake the beds and collect the bed linen and towels. Thank you for your time.
