Come and meet up with family or friends in this large, renovated, detached Holiday cottage for 6, with enclosed courtyard. It's 15 minutes from Orléans and 30 minutes from Chambord, on the route to the Loire castles and the Loire à Vélo cycle route, and at the gateway to the Sologne region. 8 kms from A. 10 (Meung sur Loire) and A. 71 (Orléans Sud - Olivet) exits. For business stays, the Holiday cottage is limited to 4 people. For additional people, please contact us (80€ for one person and 120€ for 2 people).

First floor: living room with sitting area and open kitchen, entrance with washing machine, WC, 1 bedroom (1 x 90cm bed) with small desk. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90, 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), large bathroom with shower, corner bath and WC. Large closed garage. Baby bed and high chair available.

Heating included, electricity included up to 10 kwh/day, then €0.30 per kwh.
Cleaning package compulsory every 15 days for business stays.
